The closing date for submitting the survey and therefore entry to the prize draw will be Wednesday 31 August 2022, 6pm. After this date and time no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
If you are aged 16 or under, an adult from the same household will need to provide their details to enter the prize draw and claim a prize.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove survey respondents from the prize draw if survey responses are considered to be inappropriate or offensive in any way.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize draw details supplied to any entrant by any third party which is not associated with the organisation of the prize draw.
The prize is as follows: 1x £25 supermarket gift voucher. The supermarket can be of the winners’ choosing and gift card spent without restrictions. The prizes are as stated, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
Winners will be chosen at random by an independent adjudicator appointed by Our Scene CIC’s Chief Executive Suzanne Carter.
The winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Suzanne Carter from Our Scene CIC (The Promoter).
If a prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her/their first name and neighbourhood name to be published on the Our Scene CIC website and social media.
Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Our Scene CIC reserves the right to extend the closing date of the survey (and entry to the prize draw) and cancel the incentive if circumstances arise outside of its control.
