I was walking through the park late last night when I saw dozens of giant cupcakes and pies everywhere. It was kind of scary. The paths were oddly desserted!
According to medical research, silly walks take about 2.5 times as much energy as normal walking and burn more calories too!
In the 1970s “The Ministry of Silly Walks” was a sketch on Monty Python’s television show staring John Cleese who played the Minister of Silly Walks, heading up a government department dedicated to them.
Stretching is the best way to warm up for any walking activity. Why not try some gentle stretches if you can?
