Smile. How wide can you make your grin? Can you smile with your eyes too?


Did you know that smiling has been scientifically proven to have health benefits? 

Each time you smile, feel-good neurotransmitters are released that relax your body, lower stress, reduce pain and can even lower heart rate and blood pressure and strengthen your immune system. 

Smiling can also trick your body into feeling happier! It’s actually really hard to think about negative things when you have a smile on your face.  

Force yourself to smile next time you feel anxious, angry, upset or stressed. It might just help.
