Finding out what matters to you

Understanding Brandwood

For our social enterprise’s first project we have teamed up with the local Neighbourhood Network Scheme to do a residents survey and some focus group discussions to help us understand what matters to people living in Brandwood neighbourhoods, what’s happening in the area now, what’s not, and what people would like to happen.

We want to use the information we gather through this work to design the right activities and community-based projects which bring people together with shared interests.

In the survey we ask some personal questions but we will not be able to identify who people are or where they live from the information provided.

Are you a resident of one of the Brandwood neighbourhoods?

Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The Promoter reserves the right to remove survey respondents from the prize draw if:

• survey responses are considered to be inappropriate or offensive in any way

• the entrant does not live in one of the Brandwood neighbourhoods. It should be understood that this prize draw incentive is specifically for residents of this defined area of Birmingham.

The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize draw details supplied to any entrant by any third party which is not associated with the organisation of the prize draw.

The prizes are as follows: 4x £50 supermarket gift vouchers. The supermarket can be of the winners’ choosing and gift card spent without restrictions. The prizes are as stated, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

Winners will be chosen at random by an independent adjudicator appointed by Our Scene CIC’s Chief Executive Suzanne Carter.

The winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Suzanne Carter from Our Scene CIC (The Promoter).

If a prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her/their first name and neighbourhood name to be published on the Our Scene CIC website and social media.
