About Poly Partons

In January 2026 we secured a ‘meanwhile’ lease for the unused land at the bottom of Partons Road and changes were soon underway.

Sadly, the site suffered months of mass fly‑tipping and an arson attack, causing real distress for neighbours. The landlord then carried out a major clean‑up at his own expense (shocking that the crimes of others are the landlord’s responsibility!). He has also gone a step further and installed CCTV, and put up a high security fence.

But here’s the good news: instead of letting the land fall back into disuse, we suggested transforming it into a community space — and Bob the landlord has agreed! While we have the lease, looking after it is now our responsibility. We’re excited to be working with residents on a brand‑new neighbourhood project that will turn this once‑problematic spot into something positive.

Poly Partons will start off as the HQ for Brandwood Blooms, but it may change use in the future, shaped by the aspirations of its neighbouring community.
